This article is for if you are experiencing issues logging into your Sekur account, there are a few common issues:
1) Username or email address you are using to login in with is not accurate.
Note: Your username cannot be changed. If you have forgotten your username, please reach back out to our support team and we can confirm that with you.
2) Using your username when your @sekur.com email address is required or vice versa. To clarify, when logging in:
www.sekur.com takes you to Sekur's home page giving access to email, messenger, settings, dashboard, billing etc –
Login with your username NOT your @sekur.com email address.
mail.sekur.com or SekurMail app on mobile device:
This takes you directly to SekurMail –
Login with your @sekur.com email address NOT your username.
messenger.sekur.com or SekurMessenger app on mobile device:
This takes you directly to SekurMessenger –
Login with your username NOT your @sekur.com email address.
3) Password is incorrect. If you have forgotten your password, please go to sekur.com, click “Forgot Password” on the login screen. On the next screen you will be asked to enter your case sensitive username, then submit.
Note: A password reset link will be sent to your recovery email address we have on file (the email address you used when you signed up for the account, not your @sekur.com email address.
Please check both your inbox, and spam/trash folder.
