Reset Password Via Web Browser
Open a web browser, type: sekur.com
Click on Login on top right hand side
You will see the credential login screen, on the right you will see "Forgot Your Password?" Click on that.
You will now see a place to enter your username, this is the username you created when you signed up with Sekur. ONLY ENTER YOUR SEKUR USERNAME HERE - NO EMAILS. Click Submit
Soon you will receive a password reset email at your recovery email address, follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
Reset Password Via Mobile Browser
Open mobile web browser, type: sekur.com
Tap on the three horizontal line menu bar
Tap Login button
You will see the area to enter your credentials, look under the Sign in button and tap "Forgot Your Password?"
You will now see a place to enter your username, this is the username you created when you signed up with Sekur. ONLY ENTER YOUR SEKUR USERNAME HERE - NO EMAILS. Click Submit
Soon you will receive a password reset email at your recovery email address, follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
Troubleshooting Guide
If you did not receive your password reset email, please try the following:
Wait approximately 5-10 minutes before checking in your recovery email inbox.
First try logging into your Sekur dashboard by visiting: www.sekur.com, click Login, and enter your username and password here. Verify if this works and check username spelling.
Double check the username you enter was actually entered correctly. Invalid Sekur usernames will not send any emails.
Check Spam/Junk folders in your recovery email
If all above steps were taken, contact support.
