Creating Filters to Manage Junk/Spam Emails

Using filters is an effective way to manage unwanted emails. To do this please follow steps shown.

1) From your Inbox, select the email you wish to apply this filter to, and click on the 3 horizontal dots for the drop down menu. Choose "Create filter"

2) Below window will open. You can choose how you want to filter your selected email, by turning ON or OFF the following rules. For moving email to "Junk", you would select From address.

3. Next choose your "Action" Click on the up/down arrow for drop down menu that you can scroll through for options. You are also able to create your own custom folder to use here.

4) Choose "Junk" (or anything else you have decided to use) and Save.

Now any emails coming from the selected email address will be directed automatically to the "Junk" folder.

OR you can choose to simply "Delete message" under "Actions" and emails from selected sender will automatically be deleted.
