STEP 1: Verify Account
You received an email from us welcoming you to Sekur. In order to activate your account, click on the "Verify Now" button.
Once you click on the button, you will receive a confirmation window that states your account is now confirmed. You may login to your Sekur account.
STEP 2: The Dashboard Login
The Dashboard is the central hub for managing your Sekur account settings, including email setup, billing, password changes, user management, email aliases, and support.
Your dashboard layout may vary based on your purchased plan.
By using the username and password that you created upon signup. You can enter it here:
NOTE
The field "Username". You should only enter your Sekur username to login to your Sekur dashboard.
STEP 3: Create Your SekurMail Email
NOTE
Skip this step if you have not purchased SekurMail in your plan
FOR BUSINESS/ENTERPRISE USERS
Clicking "Create SekurMail" will create an @sekur.com email, not an @yourdomain.com address.
Please consult your account administrator before proceeding.
Once you logged into your dashboard, you will see the red box indicating you need to create a @sekur.com email address.
Click "Create SekurMail" to set up your @sekur.com email address. Simply enter your desired email nameβdo not include "@sekur.com" as it is automatically added.
Once completed, click on "Create SekurMail mailbox" button.
STEP 4: DASHBOARD SETTINGS
You can find the settings button located in your dashboard on the top right hand side of the screen:
Once you click on this button you will find additional icons appear within your dashboard:
Here you will find the available options, by clicking on either icon you will brought to the next page in your settings:
In PROFILE, you can update your name, recovery email, password, language preferences, and enable two-factor authentication.
In EMAIL SETTINGS, you'll find download links for our app and manual configuration settings.
Email Aliases β Create multiple email aliases under your account at no extra cost. Click "Create New Alias" to set one up. All aliases share the same inbox.
Under USERS, you will be able to manage the different users located here or to see the number of users under your account.
If you purchased additional users, Click on this button:
Enter the new users email address and add an message if required. Click on "Send Invitation to invite user".
The recipient will receive the email at the address you provided. To confirm and set up their SekurMail account, they must click the red "Set Your..." button.
You can track the status of your invitation by clicking "Sent Invitations."
Under "Actions" You can resend the email invite or delete the request altogether.
Billing Overview β Manage your subscription, update your payment method, or cancel your plan. For detailed guides, visit the Knowledge Base.
Support Tab β Access support information and live chat here. If you need assistance, click "Start Chat Now", and a message will appear at the bottom right.
Our AI bot is available 24/7 to answer your questions and guide you to relevant articles.
To reach a support agent, click "Speak to Agent" or "Connect to Agent" to submit a support ticket. Support hours are displayed on this screen.
When you're ready to end your session, click 'Sign Out' to securely log out of your Sekur Dashboard and prevent unauthorized access.
