Adding a contact using a Sekur Number in SekurMessenger is quick and straightforward. Follow the steps below to connect with new contacts.

Steps:

  1. Open SekurMessenger
    Launch the SekurMessenger app on your device.

  2. Go to Contacts
    Tap on the Contacts tab to access your current contacts list.

  3. Add a New Contact
    Tap the ‘+’ icon to add a new contact.

  4. Enter Sekur Number

    • You will see a page prompting you to enter a Sekur Number.

    • Enter the 6-digit Sekur Number (e.g., 000000).

    • Note: You do not need to include the dash (“-”) if present

  5. Send Contact Request
    After entering the Sekur Number, send the contact request.

  6. Await Acceptance
    The recipient must accept your request in order to chat. Once accepted, the new contact will appear in your Contacts section.

Tips:

  • Double-check the Sekur Number before sending the request.

  • If the request is not accepted, the contact will not appear in your list.
